Years in the making
MTK started in a tiny SF apartment with cracker pizza and great friends. It grew from there.
Simple rule
Guests make the dinner party. Every. Single. Time.
People
Strangers are just friends you haven't cooked for yet.
What is MTK?
Madelaine's Tiny Kitchen is a place for people who believe good food doesn't have to be complicated and hospitality doesn't have to be perfect. It's a collection of recipes, stories, and dinner parties built around one simple idea: the table is better when it's shared.
"I have been known to invite near strangers over for dinner — a bad habit I picked up from a dear friend in San Francisco. Not a bad habit at all in hindsight. Strangers are just friends you don't know well enough, yet."
— Madelaine, The beginning on Medium
The kitchen got bigger. The mission didn't.
